Decisions — Rita Beauté Esthétique
Lead/spec build (business not yet contacted). Per SKILL.md lead mode, every choice below was decided, not asked — each is an override point for the operator or, later, the client.
D1 — Mode: draft-first, full draft site
Operator confirmed (2026-08-11): full draft with [TBD:] placeholders, draft ribbon + noindex, published as private repo + Cloudflare preview.
D2 — Locales: fr-CH primary + en
Operator confirmed. Renens is French-speaking; reviews are in French. PT considered (Brazilian community angle, review 4) and deliberately deferred — a third locale is maintenance cost until the lead converts. Slugs stay French in both locales (/soins, /en/soins) per multilingual.md.
D3 — Sitemap deviations from the category spec
Spec sitemap is Home/Services/Team/Gallery/Pricing/Book/Contact. Deviations:
- No Gallery — zero photos exist (Places returned 0; no site). Arch-styled decorative panels instead; gallery added when T5 photos arrive.
- No separate Pricing page — no prices known; prices belong on
/soinsservice cards as[TBD:]until intake. - No Team page — solo practitioner;
/a-proposcovers Rita. - No Book page — no booking system known; primary CTA is call (see D5).
Final sitemap: /, /soins, /a-propos, /contact, /faq, /impressum, /confidentialite (+ /en/...).
D4 — Services shown are review-grounded only
Only two service areas are evidenced: épilation laser (review 3, incl. the health-questionnaire intake) and soins esthétiques / bien-être (reviews 1–2, "aesthetic center", "soins de bien-être"). The full service list and every price are [TBD:]. No invented services (no manicure/pédicure/onglerie claims — "beauty salon" type is not evidence).
D5 — Primary CTA: phone call
No email, no booking tool known. CTA "Prendre rendez-vous" = tel:+41774204534 everywhere; sticky mobile call bar. Contact form deliberately omitted (a form needs a destination inbox we don't have — T-item for intake). Revisit at conversion (Web3Forms/CF function is pre-wired in the starter).
D6 — Brand: greenfield tokens (re-derived once)
First derivation (mulberry #7C2949 / terracotta / Fraunces / arch motif) was flagged by check-distinctiveness.mjs: the two most recent beauty leads already own that territory (rm-beauty-lounge #6B1F32 wine + Bodoni + arch hero; beaute-en-heritage #9E4E59 rose + Fraunces + arch hero), and Fraunces is on three portfolio sites. Re-derived into the open slot: royal plum #6B3E7E / framboise #B0486B / whisper-lilac bg, Prata + Figtree, petal motif (teardrop panels), hero layout left-text-petal-panel-right. Full rationale in brand/styleguide.md. Side benefit: the new accent passes AA as text (the terracotta didn't).
D7 — "Brazilian beautician" handled as quote, not fact
Rita's origin appears only in a review. The site quotes the review (attributed) but never states her origin/parcours as fact — [TBD:] on /a-propos until she confirms.
D8 — Rating shown as text snapshot
"4,6/5 sur Google (29 avis)" as visible text with a link to the Maps listing, dated in identity.md; never as schema (aggregateRating ban).
D9 — Schema subtype: BeautySalon
BeautySalon LocalBusiness subtype (most specific per places-type-mapping for beauty_salon); Service entities for the two evidenced service areas; FAQPage on /faq (visible text only).
D10 — Copy-deck section names
Agreed section names per page: hero, intro, services-teaser, trust, reviews, visit (home); intro + one section per service area + pricing-note (soins); intro, approach, quote (a-propos); coords, hours, access (contact); one ## q:-prefixed section per FAQ entry (faq). _shared.md carries nav/footer/CTA labels.
D11 — Dossier surface
Starter's client-facing dossier kept at obfuscated path (token rotated in src/config.mjs), PRIMARY_LOCALE=fr, answer form in mailto mode to the operator (patrick.jayet@gmail.com) until a Web3Forms key is created.
